TERMS OF SERVICE

Understanding

The terms and conditions below apply to all resume writing, coaching and mentoring services provided by Artistry Resumes (“ARTISTRY RESUME WRITING SERVICE”) to any individual or organization (“the client”) and constitute the contract for the service to be provided by ARTISTRY RESUME WRITING SERVICE for the client.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The client agrees that Artistry Resume Writing Service cannot be responsible for changing market conditions, job posting changes or a client’s own aggressiveness, attitude and willingness to implement their action plan. Ultimately a client’s success in the job market is solely his or her responsibility. The client is solely responsible for proofing and acceptance. Satisfaction is assumed upon acceptance of documents. Client decision to address a new employment target not discussed in initial purchase agreement will result in additional fees.

RESUME REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. There is no trial or grace period after purchasing the resume-writing service. Like any writing project, there will be multiple drafts and revisions. ARTISTRY writers will work with you throughout the Revision Period until you are satisfied with your resume. As a result, there are no refunds once the resume-writing service has been purchased.

RESUME CONSULTATION:

The client agrees that if he/she is having a resume prepared by us that he/she will complete an online career history intake, in-person or telephone consultation (type of consultation determined by product(s) purchased). The consultation is a meeting of approximately one to two hours with the resume writer to discuss the client’s career history and career goals in depth. The online process is a series of online modules to be completed by the Client on Client’s own time. The Client is solely responsible for the integrity and verifiability of the information provided during this interview and throughout the document preparation process.

TIME FRAME FOR DOCUMENT DELIVERY:

Standard turnaround time for first drafts of a resume and cover letter pair is 5 business days after the Career Inventory Conversation. Additional dependent documents will have their own schedule and be established between Artistry Resume Writing Service and the Client.

DOCUMENT FORMATS:

Documents will be delivered to Client using Microsoft Office using standard Word format, PDF, and, as requested, .txt. Artistry Resume Writing Service cannot guarantee the compatibility of computer files with client systems or that documents will retain their original formatting features. Artistry Resume Writing Service does not provide technical support on document formatting and cannot guarantee system compatibility or the successful transfer of formatting features.

DOCUMENTS AS REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLES OF ARTISTRY RESUME WRITING SERVICE CUSTOMARY DELIVERABLES:

From time to time, Artistry Resume Writing Service uses anonymized documents prepared in the course of business with clients as print and electronic examples of customary deliverables, competitions, presentations, on the Artistry web site, and similar. Artistry Resume Writing Service hereby requests that the Client give permission for it to use the Client’s portfolio, completely anonymized for confidentiality, in this way. The client must select either YES (may use) or NO (may not use) on the intake/scheduling to indicate permission. The client may revoke permission at any time (unless materials have been published in print).
